US rapper Wiz Khalifa announces that he contracted COVID-19 days after hanging out with Tanzania’s star Diamond Platinumz.
Taking to social media, Wiz on his Twitter tweeted; “Okay loved ones, so your boy got COVID-19.No symptoms. Just stay away from me for a little while.”
This comes days after Diamond teased new music with the Grammy-nominated Black and Yellow hit singer.
Diamond in an Instagram post uploaded a short video of them in a studio however he did not indicate what could be cooking.
” Wasafi X Taylor Gang,” he wrote.
The 33-year-old father of one has also won other awards including BET and Teen choice awards.
While in the US, Diamond also met other artists including Swizz Beatz who recently featured in Chris Brown’s song I can transform ya.
The Wasafi boss has steadily taken the internet by storm with his subtle hints of doing music with US Hip-Hop rappers.
In the making of his 4th studio album, Diamond has been making strides to connect with worldwide fans of music that have been dominating the charts and the music culture for the longest now.
From the legendary snoop-dogg-to Akon, the 31-year-old will also collabo with Swae Lee, Swizz Beatz and Busta Rhymes and more is fated to come his way in the future.
Diamond who has been in the states since the BET Awards event recently shared a video of him conversing with Snoop with a caption; “Listen, learn from the Kings and you will achieve more.”
Snoop,49, asked Diamond to keep working hard and not focus on analytics and numbers.
“There are moments when you can’t watch the numbers because if you watch numbers you will believe you fell off,” he said.
“You did not fall off. That’s okay. You gotta work hard, there are people who want to be like you right now,” he continued.
