Rachael Otuoma responds to claims she is already pregnant with Jabilo’s baby
TikToker and widow of late footballer Ezekiel Otuoma, Rachael, has addressed widespread speculation that she is pregnant with her new partner Jabilo Aol’s child.
The rumours intensified after photos appeared online showing what seemed to be a protruding belly, coupled with Rachael’s own comments about experiencing pregnancy-like cravings, prompting many followers to believe she might be expecting.

In a TikTok live session on Friday, November 21, 2025, Rachael responded to her followers’ speculation, telling them that they could continue guessing and claimed that the images circulating online were AI-generated.
“I hear people saying I am pregnant; go ahead and keep speculating. Keep speculating, but what you saw is AI,” she said.
She acknowledged that people were congratulating her under the assumption that she was pregnant, but maintained that the images did not accurately depict her current state.
Weird cravings
However, in another live session with her partner Jabilo, Rachael elaborated on cravings she had been experiencing, which were similar to those commonly associated with pregnancy.
She explained that she had gone shopping for special stones that pregnant women sometimes consume to satisfy such cravings.
While fans flooded her live session, insisting that the stones are normally eaten by pregnant women, Rachael quickly clarified that some were meant for household purposes, not for eating.
“I even went shopping for the stones to satisfy my cravings. Now I see people sending me congratulations, saying I am pregnant. Those stones were for building foundations, not for eating,” she said.
She also described the intensity of the cravings, noting that she was experiencing even more weird ones, like desiring to touch or smell Jabilo’s armpits.
She noted that she was unsure how to manage these cravings with Jabilo being away.
“They tell me not to eat beans, like I said. These cravings I have are just about wanting to smell or touch the stones. This craving just wants to touch, and now you are far away, so I don’t know what to do,” she said.
Marriage plans
The development comes just days after Rachael announced that she had officially dropped her late husband’s name and taken that of her new fiancé, Jabilo Aol.
Speaking in a TikTok live on Saturday, November 8, 2025, Rachael revealed that all her official documents now bear her new name, Rachael Aol, marking a new chapter in her personal life.
She explained that every form or document she fills out now identifies her as Mrs Aol, adding that her identity records no longer carry the Otuoma name she became known by after her marriage to the late footballer.
“My documents right now read Rachael Aol, not Rachael Otuoma. Any document I need to fill out now uses Aol and not Otuoma,” she said.
Rachael, who rose to prominence through her TikTok presence and emotional journey following the death of her husband in December 2024, said that the change was both symbolic and necessary as she and her new partner prepare for relocation.
She disclosed that they are in the process of moving to the United Kingdom, where they plan to begin a new life together and welcome their first child.
“We have to go to the UK, guys. We are going to relocate soon. This was a must. We needed this. Our baby will be born there,” Rachael added.
