Nominated Senator Karen Nyamu has penned a sweet message for her boss, Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, as he celebrates his 59th birthday.
Taking to her Instagram page, Nyamu shared a nostalgic photo on her Instagram page, showing herself and Gachagua dancing during the traditional wedding of Mathira Member of Parliament Eric Wamumbi and Murang’a Woman Representative Betty Maina.
Accompanying the picture was a heartfelt caption where Nyamu extended her warmest birthday wishes to Gachagua.
“Happy birthday to my boss, the fearless fighter and truthful man H.E. Rigathi Gachagua, EGH,” Nyamu wrote.
“You have outdone yourself in your role as Deputy President, and I can’t help but admire the natural that you are,” she added.
Nyamu further expressed admiration for Gachagua’s dedication to his country and his sense of humour.
“You have won our hearts with your love for the country and your humour. On many occasions, I have laughed hard but I have also been inspired.”
“You are all we have in mlima today, gaitu ga kuheo ni mwene nyaga. We love you so much you have no idea! Happy birthday, boss.”
Loosely translated as;
“You are all we have in Mlima today, our pillar of support is like the owner of the sky. We love you so much you have no idea! Happy birthday, boss.”
Dorcas celebrates Gachagua on his birthday
Earlier, Pastor Dorcas Gachagua penned down a hearty birthday message to celebrate her husband on his special day.
In a note shared on her X account, Dorcas expressed admiration for her spouse, describing him as “extraordinary, a companion, and a friend.”
She highlighted Deputy President Rigathi’s role as the pillar and protector of their family, noting his commitment to truthfulness.
“Happy Birthday to my extraordinary man, husband, companion, and friend. You are the pillar and a covering of our family. You take everything in stride and are truthful to a fault,” Pastor Dorcas wrote.
Pastor Dorcas praised her lover and acknowledged his support and love for their family.
“You are the best father and husband. Kevin, Keith, and I celebrate the wonderful gift of your life,” she expressed.
In her birthday blessings, Pastor Dorcas prayed for Rigathi’s favour, long life, and abundant blessings, hoping that every desire of his heart would be fulfilled.
