Controversial Tiktoker Rose Atieno aka Nyako Pilot has made a sharp U-turn on her deportation insisting she is in Germany to stay.

Responding to a public brouhaha surrounding news of her deportation, Nyako explained that she could not be expelled from Europe’s biggest economy because she has a valid residence permit.

Nyako additionally stated that she qualifies to be a German citizen thus news about her deportation is nothing short of ‘story ya jaba’.

Ati I am being deported, in your dreams. Guys I am in Germany because of my children. It is because of my children that I am in Germany. My residence permit is because of my kids and nothing can separate me from my children. Before you rush to deportation, deportation I have qualified to be a German citizen officially so that is my right. I have already qualified automatically to be a German citizen,” Nyako said in a TikTok video.

The deportation

Nyako herself had earlier said that she was being deported from Germany without delving into the nitty gritty.

The Germany-based TikToker claimed that her power and water connections had already been disconnected ahead of her deportation.

Nimekatiwa stima, nataka mchango. Wamesema next weekend nakua deported so I don’t need stima. Deportation papers zangu ziko tayari so wamenikatia stima, ata maji sina imagine. Deportation papers ziko tayari, sasa sijui nani ata adopt hawa watoto wangu,” Nyako said.

The controversial TikToker added that her children would not be deported together with her because they have German citizenship.

Mkenya mgani atajitolea aishi na watoto wangu, ju mama mtoto akisha deportiwa sasa watoto watabaki na nani yawa? Watoto wangu hawezi rudishwa Kenya coz they have German citizenship,” she said.
