Content creator Lydia Wanjiru has opened up about the total cost of her recent cosmetic makeover, saying she spent nearly Ksh1.8 million to complete her liposuction, tummy tuck and Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL)BBL procedures.

In an Instagram post on Monday, December 1, 2025, she explained that the surgeries alone cost between Ksh1 million and Ksh1.2 million, but the full amount rises to about Ksh1.8 million when pre-operation and post-operation care are included.

She shared this information while answering questions about her enhancement journey on her Instagram page. She said she had liposuction, a tummy tuck and a BBL, and explained that the full process needed proper planning from the start to the recovery stage.

When asked if she was scared to undergo the procedures, she said, “Yes, and it is normal too.” She explained that many people feel the same way before surgery, but she still went ahead because she wanted the change.

She was also asked to describe the level of pain she felt after the surgeries, and she responded, “11-1,0, especially coz of the tummy tuck. You have to adjust your mind to just go through the first week coz from there it becomes easier and easier..” She said the first days are the hardest, but the healing process becomes better with time.

Her journey and earlier update

In November, she revealed that she went through a full cosmetic makeover that included liposuction 360, a tummy tuck and a Brazilian butt lift.

She shared on Monday, November 24, 2025, that she is happy with the results and thanked her surgeon for helping her achieve the body she wanted.

Lydia also confirmed that she will be posting more details about the procedures and how she looks now. She said she feels confident with the changes and will continue showing her progress as she heals.

Lydia said the full amount reaches about Ksh1.8 million because it covers everything from the surgeries to the recovery process. She noted that the journey needs both patience and preparation, but she is pleased with how things have turned out so far.
