Kenyan artiste Charisma acquires new Mercedes-Benz E-Class

Kenyan musician Fidel Shammah, popularly known as Charisma, is over the moon after gifting himself a Mercedes-Benz E-Class.
The artiste announced the purchase on his Instagram page on Wednesday, November 19 2025, thanking fans for standing by him through his musical journey. He expressed appreciation for the supporters who have stood with him throughout his musical career, acknowledging that their loyalty has played a significant role in his growth and success.
Charisma reflected on the highs and lows of pursuing music full-time, noting that the industry has tested him many times but has also rewarded him in ways that continue to motivate him. The purchase of the luxury vehicle, he hinted, symbolises the fruits of resilience, patience, and an unwavering belief in his craft.
“Naskia urao. E class. Honestly, I am not here without every one of you. Thank you to everyone for rocking with me. This music thing is all I do. It has pained me so many times, but it’s also given me so much joy,” he wrote.
He also urged upcoming artistes to remain focused and committed to their work. According to him, consistency and self-belief are essential ingredients for anyone hoping to succeed in the creative space.
Charisma emphasised that the creative industry offers vast opportunities for those willing to put in the effort, pointing to his own journey as proof that dedication indeed pays off.
Charisma also encouraged upcoming artistes to stay focused, saying that dedication eventually leads to success.
“Your art will pay you. I believed this even when it looked ridiculous. Music is my nine-to-five. Any musician out there, it is all there for us. So much we can achieve and conquer. Consistency, hard work, and believe in yourself,” he said in his stories.

His announcement came a day after digital creator and influencer Kendi Q also marked a big achievement by purchasing a 2018 Mercedes-Benz E250. She described the car as a reward for a fulfilling year.
In a statement on Monday, November 17 2025, Kendi expressed gratitude to God and reflected on her journey.
“Oooh. It’s been a great year, and this is the cherry on top of my cake. I’m super grateful to God for guiding me throughout my daily endeavours,” she wrote.
Kendi also appreciated her parents for supporting her dreams from childhood.
“Mom, Dad, those dance, modelling, and arts classes paid off. I wouldn’t have done this had you not believed in my talent and gifts,” she said.
She went on to thank her close friends for their continuous encouragement and support.
“My friends that support me in every little way, shikeni kimunju,” she added.
