Award-winning actress Catherine Kamau alias Kate Actress did not attend Rihanna’s luxury Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin products launch event in Kenya.
Taking to social media, Kate says this was due to a conflict of interest since she recently launched her lip care line products dubbed ‘House of Humba’.
She says she will support her own beauty line until it thrives.
“Not me missing the Fenty launch because of a conflict of interest. I mean, is #HouseofHumbaCosmetics a joke to you. Big dreams. Mark this tweet *#SaveYourCenty,” she tweeted.
The event hosted by Nikita Kering in one of Linton’s outlets in Nairobi saw beauty and makeup lovers assemble to acquire the new product lines, which will also be available in seven other African countries.
Kate hosted her event on May 23.
