Kate Actress has shared her honest views about entrepreneurship, calling it “not for the faint-hearted” in an Instagram post on Friday, August 1, 2025.
In the post, the award-winning actress and content creator said that while running a business can be fulfilling, it is also extremely demanding.
This statement came as part of a conversation on X (formerly Twitter), where a fan asked her why she doesn’t just start her own fashion business or a personal influencing brand. Kate responded, “Masaa ni machache,” meaning “there’s not enough time.”
Expanding on her thoughts, Kate said that her answer to such questions will always be:
“The slavery to make decent profits is unbearable.”
She added that when it comes to influencing, things are more straightforward:
“With influencing, I only need to show up for a few businesses and make a very decent income. MSMEs is where it’s at.”
Kate’s comments have sparked conversations around the hidden struggles of entrepreneurship, especially for those in the creative and beauty industries.
