Salvation Healing Ministries founder, Pastor Victor Kanyari, has revealed that he spent Ksh1million on plane tickets for his children with the late gospel singer Betty Bayo to travel to America.

Speaking while delivering a church sermon on Sunday, November 30, 2025, Kanyari explained that the amount covered Sky and Danny’s round-trip flights and expenses during their stay.

Nimelipia watoto wangu tickets ya ndege kuenda marekani shilingi Ksh I million kuenda na kurudi na kutumia pesa huko,” Kanyari said.

Kanyari also expressed his sorrow over the fact that his children will no longer see their mother, reflecting on the emotional difficulty of the situation.

Ninahuzuni watoto wangu hawatawi ona mama yao tena pengine waeende mahali ako,” he added.

Runda house

This comes after the pastor, on Sunday, November 16, 2025, revealed that he is set to acquire a Ksh90 million mansion in Runda, Nairobi, which he plans to move into with his two children.

He said that during the visit, there was one mansion, valued at Ksh90 million, that stood out distinctly in his mind, compelling him to declare it as the house he intended to buy.

“Yesterday, I was in Runda looking for a house to buy. I went with some people from my church, and the house we looked at was valued at 90 million shillings. I told the people with me that this is the house we will buy,” Kanyari said.

The property features a swimming pool, which Kanyari said will provide a space where his children can enjoy themselves and have fun.

The pastor noted that while some members of his group suggested a more affordable house valued at Ksh45 million, he decided to go for the more expensive option.

He said the decision was motivated by his desire to give his children a comfortable home where they can spend time and engage in activities such as swimming.

“It even has a swimming pool. Some of them suggested another house worth 45 million, but I told them no, we will buy this 90 million house. This is where my children will live and enjoy themselves, swimming and spending time there,” Kanyari added.

Sky and Danny

Kanyari, through a live Facebook session with TikToker Obidan Dela on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, brushed off claims that he will not be able to care for the children.

“I am a good father. I may not be a good husband, but I am a good father,” he said

He further expressed confidence that he can raise them well.

“Sky na Danny nawapenda, na wataishi maisha mazuri kuliko yenye walikua wanakaa,” he added.
