Jovial shares her painful struggles with baby fat

Singer Jovial has opened up about the challenges she is facing as she tries to get back in shape after giving birth.
The singer says she is struggling with baby fat and is finding it difficult to breathe while wearing a waist trainer. She described the experience as “fighting for her life” as she works to lose the weight.
Speaking about her current state on Instagram on Monday, November 17, 2025, Jovial said, “Ukikutana na mimi huko nje uone nimejam, nielewe tu. I am on that waist trainer, and I am struggling to breathe. I am literally fighting for my life. Getting rid of that baby fat is no joke. Yaani mimi siku hizi nikifunga macho, nimenona.“

“Nikimeza mate nanona, nikipumua ninanona. Halafu sina stress siku hizi. Yaani wallahi sina stress, I am not stressed up. Sijui emotions zangu zimekufa, yaani hakuna kitu kinanisumbua saa hizi. Nothing is bothering me, saa hizi hata unifanyie ujinga, nakuangalia tu hivi….mhmm..na naendelea kunona.”
