Popular influencer Frankie JustGym It has addressed the controversy surrounding his recent comments about not dating women with children.
The clarification came during a podcast aired on Saturday, July 26, 2025, where he explained that his remarks had been taken out of context and were not meant to be offensive.
Frankie stated that the discussion during the podcast had been light-hearted and that his comments were not meant to demean anyone. He emphasised that personal preferences in relationships are normal and that his statement was simply a reflection of his own choices.
“If you look at the whole clip, it’s a joke, but even if it was, isn’t that a preference? Somebody says, ‘I don’t date girls with kids., If a girl likes tall girls, should she be asked why?” Frankie stated.
When asked about his attraction to women, Frankie explained that he does not view women without children as more attractive than those with children. He said he generally finds all women attractive and does not limit his feelings to specific physical attributes.
His type
On the subject of his ideal partner, Frankie noted that he no longer focuses on a particular body type. He shared that while he initially preferred voluptuous women, his outlook has evolved over time.
He now values the overall connection he shares with a person, emphasising that the vibe and energy between two people matter more than physical appearance.
“Woman, I don’t have a specific type; initially, I did. I can say voluptuous women, but I think with time, I have started to understand myself. It’s not necessarily the woman herself; it’s the physique – there is way more to that individual. She can be slender, tall, or slender, but for me, it’s the vibe. If that vibe is not there, I can’t,” he added.

This comes after Frankie JustGymIt, whose real name is Frank Kiarie, publicly shared his stance on not dating women with children during a June 2025 interview.
He explained that this boundary is rooted in his desire to avoid the complexities of blending families, particularly as he already navigates co-parenting with his ex-partners, Maureen Waititu (with whom he has two sons, Lexi and Kai) and Corazon Kwamboka (with whom he has two children, Tayari and Koko).
Frankie emphasised that this choice helps him maintain simplicity in his personal life and focus on his responsibilities as a father of four while also managing his career as a fitness coach and content creator with over one million Instagram followers.
