Diamond Platnumz early this month publicly confirmed for the first time that Zuchu and he are indeed married as people speculated.

The Bongo singer referred to himself as Zuchu’s husband while commenting on an Instagram post by his record label WCB Wasafi.

“That’s Zuuh’s (Zuchu) husband,” Diamond wrote while commenting on a video posted by Wasafi in which he dropped a thrilling performance.

Diamond is still single

The Bongo singer, who is in Europe for his music tour, told German broadcaster DW Africa that he is not yet married as he stated earlier.

Diamond said he will get married when he is ready to retire from music, noting that wives kill musicians’ talents and careers.

“What do you mean settling down? I’ve settled down,” Diamond said.

“I still want to give them more music. I still wanna give them more good music,” he added.

The Bongo singer further cited a case of his friends whom he said are no longer releasing good music after they got married.

“That’s why I feel like, let me give you guys the good music. The time I’m about to retire, I will get married.”

Diamond’s statement further adds speculations and confusion about the nature of his relationship with Zuchu whom he reportedly started dating in December 2021 before they allegedly got married.

It has been confirmed even by Diamond’s sister Esma Platnumz that Zuchu and the Wasafi boss are living together as husband and wife.
