Brown Mauzo sets boundaries in co-parenting dispute

Singer Brown Mauzo has taken it to Instagram to issue a stern warning about co-parenting boundaries.
Taking to his social media Instagram stories on Thursday, August 14, 2025, Mauzo emphasised that respect is the foundation of any co-parenting arrangement, calling out late-night drama and non-emergency phone calls.
“Co-parenting is built on respect, and that means respecting my time and my peace,” he wrote. “There is zero reason for non-emergency calls at 1 a.m., especially when they’re fueled by alcohol and drama. I’m done being disrespected. My home is a place of peace and should be respected. Keep the late-night calls for real emergencies only. This isn’t a discussion, it’s a boundary.”
From the post, it is clear that Mauzo is setting clear limits, while many wondered which of his children’s mothers the message might be directed at.
Speculation over Mauzo’s family
While Mauzo’s romantic history has often been the subject of public interest, little is known about his children’s mothers apart from businesswoman Vera Sidika, with whom he shares daughter Princess Asia and son Ice Brown.
In a July 2023 post, Mauzo posed with his newborn son, Prince Ice Brown, and tagged four other children: Princess Asia, Zulfa Brown, Hakeem Mauzo, and Lareesa Brown. This led many fans to believe the musician may have five children with four different women. However, it is also possible that some of the children share the same mother.
Among the children, only Lareesa Brown has a public social media presence. Her bio reveals she is a model with Kamba, Giriama, and Yemeni heritage. Hakeem Mauzo’s Instagram is private, offering no further public information, while Zulfa Brown does not appear to have any social media accounts.
Mauzo has not confirmed the exact number of his children or the identities of their mothers, leaving much of the speculation unaddressed. His recent post, however, suggests that at least one co-parenting relationship may currently be strained.
What is certain is that Mauzo is determined to protect his personal space and maintain a drama-free home environment, even if it means making his rules public.
