“No! Social media users are not useless,” Khalwale said.

Earlier remarks

Kerocho Senator during the proceedings in the Senate argued that social media critics are very useless people, claiming that many have no record of meaningful achievements in life.

He said they criticise Parliament simply because they hold different views, even though at times Parliament takes actions that are considered right.

Cheruiyot, in addition, insisted that these individuals attack the legislature just because they disagree with it, even though Parliament occasionally does the right thing.

“Social media critics very useless people some who do not have a record of anything useful they have ever done in this life but are very critical of this institution called parliament simply because they hold a different view, and sometimes parliament does things which are considered to be right,”he said.
