DJ Joe Mfalme set to develop new DJ curriculum

Joseph Mwenda alias DJ Joe Mfalme has landed a new role at the Redberry DJ Academy alongside his fellow DJ Waithaka Michira alias WDJ.

In a statement on social media, the award-winning mixmaster disclosed that he will be joining the academy as a new director.

He will take an active role in mentoring students as well as developing and implementing a new curriculum.

@wdjay and I have acquired @redberrydjacademy and will be taking on an active role in mentoring and development and implementation of a new curriculum,” he tweeted.

Dj Mfalme catapulted to fame following the Pilsner Mfalme competition back in 2008 and has since become a household name in the country.

With his career spanning over decades now, he boosts fine skills and professionalism in the deejaying art.

Mfalme has bagged major awards including the Koroga Festival and has worked with high-end brands like Safaricom, Guinness and Coke Studio among others.
