Transfer round-up: Liverpool lead Barcola chase as Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea pursue key targets

Liverpool are increasingly optimistic about securing the signing of Paris Saint-Germain winger Bradley Barcola despite competition from Arsenal and Bayern Munich.
The French forward has attracted significant interest following an impressive FIFA World Cup campaign, where he contributed four goals and assists for France. Liverpool are believed to be confident they can win the race for the 23-year-old attacker.
Meanwhile, Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott remains one of the most sought-after players in the Premier League. Arsenal are currently regarded as frontrunners ahead of Manchester United in the battle for the England Under-21 international. However, the 22-year-old is reportedly uncertain about how much playing time he would receive at the Emirates Stadium.
Scott is also understood to favour a switch to Chelsea, even after Bournemouth turned down a £64 million offer from the London club.
Fernandes keen to stay
Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes appears set to extend his stay at Old Trafford. Reports indicate the 31-year-old Portugal international has chosen to continue his career with the Red Devils, with negotiations over a new contract progressing.
Elsewhere, Turkish giants Besiktas are attempting to lure Newcastle United midfielder Joe Willock. The 26-year-old Englishman is entering the final year of his contract and is not expected to receive fresh terms from the Magpies.
Arsenal are also said to be open to offers for captain Martin Odegaard should suitable proposals arrive. The Norwegian midfielder, 27, has been linked with a possible departure despite remaining a key figure at the club.
Manchester United are also monitoring Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga. The 23-year-old French international, who missed France’s World Cup squad, has emerged as a potential transfer target for the Premier League side.
Chelsea defender Axel Disasi has attracted interest from Roma. The Italian club have made enquiries about the 28-year-old centre-back, with the Blues reportedly valuing him at around £17 million.
Fulham are in discussions with Real Madrid over a possible move for highly rated striker Gonzalo Garcia. The 22-year-old forward is being considered as the London club look to strengthen their attack.
