The grieving family said the deceased left home on the 24th while in high spirits, ready to celebrate Christmas day, but he never came back home.

The deceased’s mother, Jane Kasigane, said his son took tea very well on 24th December 2025 and left for Mbale town to seek his daily bread.

Jane said that after the disappearance of his son, they tried as a family to look for him with no success.

She says they decided to report the matter to the Mbale police Station.

“My son left home on 24th December last year in high spirits, ready to celebrate Christmas. He did not come back until today. His body has been discovered in a septic tank,” said the grieving mother.
