TikTok creator ValErry mourns mum after viral Mother’s Day video
TikTok creator ValErry is mourning the death of her mother just days after a touching Mother’s Day video went viral on social media.
The video showed the content creator spending time with her mother and caring for her during her illness.

In the video, ValErry was seen picking her mother up from the hospital before taking her to a salon. She later brought her to her home, where she had invited a few friends to spend time together.
The TikToker also ordered a cake and prepared food for her mother and the guests. The group later danced, laughed and shared stories in the emotional video that quickly spread online.
“She didn’t make it, she is gone,” ValErry wrote on Instagram on Thursday, May 14, 2026.
ValErry has always spoken openly about her mother’s health through her videos. Her father has also been supportive, as seen in different clips shared on her social media pages.
The emotional loss has now left the TikTok community in mourning, with fellow creators sending messages of condolence to ValErry during the difficult period.

The sad news comes at a time when another TikTok creator, Maribel Imac Irungu, also recently passed away. Her death was first shared online by TikToker Lady Jacqueline.
Lady Jacqueline explained that she was among the first people to receive confirmation about Maribel Imac’s death from the family.
“She received the news through WhatsApp messages and later a direct phone call from a family member of Maribel Imac at around 6 pm,” the information stated.
According to Lady Jacqueline, the family member confirmed that the TikTok creator had passed away. The news reportedly left her shocked and emotional as she tried to understand what had happened.
