Microblading technician Sparky Kenya has showed off a brand new Porsche Cayenne bearing a customised number plate just days after he expressed frustration following the auctioning of his previous one.

In a video shared on his TikTok page on Thursday, May 7, 2026, the beautician is seen confidently posing on the bonnet of the sleek grey machine and circling around it several times while admiring its appearance.

He was dressed in an all-black suit, and after carefully inspecting the vehicle, he pulled out its keys from his pockets before taking it out for a spin, leaving fans with mixed reactions online.

While sharing the clip, Sparky appeared to question whether Kenyans truly understood his personality or were merely following his emotional lamentations blindly and believing everything he said online.

“Kenyans, do you really know me?” he posed while accompanying the caption with crying emojis.

Burning his Honda Fit

Previously, the TikToker had announced that he would burn his Honda Fit in front of cameras after expressing frustration over the auctioning of his Porsche Cayenne.

In a post shared on TikTok on Sunday, May 3, 2026, he stated that at the beginning of the year, he had planned to add another German car to his name but found himself using and, at the same time, sourcing spare parts for a Honda Fit.

“This year I had planned to add another German car to my name, but now I see I am the same person who is looking for spare parts for my Honda Fit car,” he wrote.

He described the situation as sad and indicated that he would proceed to burn the car.

He added that he would set it ablaze on Wednesday and that he did not require advice from anyone.

He claimed that he will return to using matatus, saying that his mental health matters.

“So sad and so on, on Wednesday, I will burn it in front of the cameras. I do not need any advice; let me start by using matatus again. My mental health matters again,” he added.

Using PSVs

The announcement came hot on the heels of Sparky’s revelation that he would go back to using matatus after his Porsche Cayenne was auctioned.

Speaking in an interview shared by Muhia Wa Maingi on Friday, May 1, 2026, Sparky explained that he initially acquired the Porsche Cayenne through a loan arrangement, where he was paying Ksh100 daily while gradually clearing the balance.

He noted that the vehicle was released to him before full payment had been completed, allowing him to use it for business purposes.

“You know that Cayenne, I had taken it not on full money so I was paying Ksh100 each day. They gave me that to use even before I had completed paying for it,” Sparky said.

He recounted a time when he travelled with the vehicle to Embu, where his wife recorded him announcing his arrival in the town.

According to him, the visibility of the luxury car helped boost his business on that day, attracting more clients beyond his pre-booked customers and enabling him to earn over Ksh150,000 in a single day.

“One day I went with it to Embu, and my wife recorded a video of me telling people I was entering Embu. I only had three pre-booked customers, but when people saw the car I was driving, I ended up getting more clients and made over Ksh150,000 that day,” he said.

However, Sparky explained that the car was later auctioned after he took a loan against it to fund both business expansion and the construction of an apartment.

He said he had used the vehicle as collateral to secure approximately Ksh4 million from its estimated value of Ksh8 million, with plans to support a shop he was developing at the time.

“Later, the car was auctioned because I had taken a loan with it. I used it to secure money to fund an apartment I was building. I needed money, and the shop I was operating from was also under construction and needed about Ksh2 million. So I decided since the car is worth about Ksh8 million, I would take a loan of about Ksh4 million for the business, but unfortunately, the business went down,” Sparky stated.
