Shiru Wa Oakland: Viral Russian man’s actions may be part of a dangerous experiment

Social commentator Shiru Wa Oakland has expressed serious concerns over the viral videos of a Russian man, identified as Yaytseslav, who has been courting and engaging in intimate encounters with multiple women across Africa, including Ghana and Kenya.
Speaking in a video shared on TikTok on Sunday, February 15, 2026, Shiru suggested that the Russian man’s activities may not have been random, but could instead be part of a deliberate experiment.
“I feel like what happened was not just about him exposing those ladies. He must have been sent by a company from abroad, and maybe they are trying out an experiment, because this thing is really strange,” she said.
She highlighted the unusual scale and audacity of his actions, noting that he approached many women in public places such as shopping malls and even churches, as well as in private settings like hotels and Airbnbs, recording these encounters without their consent.
She raised concerns that medications or other substances could have been involved in his actions, potentially designed to affect the women he interacted with.
Shiru warned that all women who met the man should be carefully monitored, as the activities could pose serious health risks and possibly lead to an epidemic or pandemic.
“You know, nowadays there are so many diseases affecting white people, so perhaps he was sent here to sleep with women so they could test a certain disease. An experiment is being carried out. All those women who met that man need to be monitored very carefully,” she opined.

Shiru emphasised that the man’s ability to engage with multiple women in such a short span, coupled with his apparent physical endurance, suggested that he might have been under the influence of performance-enhancing medications or other substances.
She noted that this pattern of behaviour, combined with the non-consensual recording and circulation of intimate encounters, was highly unusual and raised serious public safety concerns.
“For a man to have so much strength to sleep with all those women, he must have been under some medication. Something is not right. A new disease could be coming, a pandemic of sorts. Imagine, he even went to a church and picked a lady there,” she said.
Further, Shiru raised concerns that he could have been administered medications capable of being transmitted through sexual contact, potentially entering the women’s bodies in the process.
She warned that such a scenario could result in a serious public health risk, including the possibility of an epidemic, questioning why the man travelled across West Africa meeting so many women without apparent limitation.
“I feel like the experiment is being conducted through him because he is not shy and could openly engage with many people. Maybe he was given medications that could be transmitted through his sperm once he slept with these women, which could enter their bodies in this way. This could lead to an epidemic. Why else would he go to West Africa, meeting so many women, and not get enough?” she said.
