Pritty Vishy opens up on undergoing cosmetic surgery without telling her mom
Content creator Pritty Vishy has revealed that she underwent cosmetic surgery without informing her mother.
In an interview on Saturday, January 31, 2026, the content creator explained that she chose not to tell her mom to avoid worrying her.

“I did not tell my mom because my mom loves me, so sikua nataka kuwa akue worried,” Vishy said, describing how her mother only found out after visiting her in the hospital.
The energetic content creator added that the moment her mom arrived at the hospital, she became anxious.
“So time she came to the hospital, alianza kupiga nduru. Because hiyo ndio saa dawa ilikua inaisha nguvu,” she explained.
Vishy explained that her mother loves her body and that she wanted to protect her from unnecessary concern. She also shared that her grandmother had a similar reaction, saying she would have made the same decisions herself.
Undergoing surgery and the costs involved
In August 2025, Vishy spoke about the cosmetic procedures she underwent, including a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), tummy tuck, and 360 liposuction. These procedures followed her weight loss journey using Ozempic. She disclosed that the total cost exceeded Ksh500,000.
“The goal was kutoa mafuta peke yake, but then my doctor told me I have some dimples in the ass and that it should be fixed, and I agreed to it,” she said, explaining why she added the BBL procedure.
Vishy shared that initially she had not planned to get a BBL, but her doctor’s advice convinced her.
“I will not say the amount, but approximately ukiwa na Ksh500k kupanda, you are good,” she noted.
The content creator has always been candid about her fitness journey, describing her earlier struggles with weight and body image.
Before turning to surgery, Vishy attempted to lose weight naturally with gym workouts.
“Four months in the gym… I went to the weighing scale, I was 95, and now it has shot to 97 kgs. I gave up,” she confessed. Frustrated by slow results, she turned to Ozempic, a drug originally designed for diabetes but used off-label for weight loss. She recalled being warned about possible side effects before using it.
Today, Pritty Vishy denies undergoing a BBL procedure, saying she only did other cosmetic procedures.
