Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris has encouraged women to be confident, bold and unapologetic in the spaces they occupy.

In a message shared on her Instagram on Thursday, January 29, 2026, Passaris urged women to stop shrinking themselves and instead show up fully in their careers, leadership roles and everyday life.

She reminded women that they deserve to be in every room they enter and should carry themselves with assurance, regardless of who else is present.

Passaris also challenged women to speak up, take up space and be intentional about making their voices heard, noting that progress is driven by women who are willing to step forward and lead.

She further called on women to aim higher, trust their abilities and push past fear, saying the world is changing because of women who are courageous enough to take charge.

“Good morning from the Annual Members of Parliament Retreat. Today’s reminder to every woman is to walk in like you belong, because you do. Speak up, take space, don’t just sit at the table, lead it. The world moves forward with women who dare to show up fully. Go out there and absolutely kill it, Queen,” Passaris stated.

This comes a day after she gave East African Legislative Assembly Member of Parliament Winnie Odinga her flowers following her explosive interview aired on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

In a statement shared on her X account on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, Passaris said Winnie displayed political maturity, clarity and conviction during the interview.

She described her as a strong continuation of the values of her late father, former Prime Minister Raila Odinga, while also showing she is stepping forward in her own right.

“Political maturity. Clarity. Conviction. Winnie Odinga nailed her interview yesterday. A proud continuation of her father’s values, and a clear step forward in her own right. The King is dead, but long live the crown,” Passaris stated.
