Lydia Wanjiru jokes about fresh start after BBL, says her body count is now zero
Content creator Lydia Wanjiru has spoken openly about her recent cosmetic surgeries, joking that she is starting fresh with a new body.
The content creator recently underwent a BBL and liposuction, and she says the procedures have completely changed her physique and her outlook.

“I want to make something clear, saa hii body count yangu ni zero. Mimi nina mwili mpya,” Lydia said on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, while explaining her transformation.
She described how her body has changed, noting that she now has a flat tummy and a smooth back.
“Nimeishi na ma stairs kwa mgongo. Niko na flat tummy, niko na mgongo haina mataya. Niko na * hata kama haija kauka. Hata kama haijatake effect vizuri, ni mwili mpya,” she said, explaining that her previous body no longer counts in her personal history.
Lydia also addressed her past relationships, making it clear that she wants a fresh start in all aspects of her life.
“Mtu yeyote aliye niguza na the ex body is no longer countable. Hii mambo ya ohh, unaonekana na nani, unarudiana na nani, oh saa hii nani anadate Lydia, wewee! Saa hii niko pekee yangu hadi I learn how to separate moyo na akili,” she said.

She admitted that she has a tendency to mix emotions and decisions, but for now, she is focusing on herself and her new body.
“Kwa sababu mimi ni kiherehere ya kuunganisha everything na bado sija learn. So, for now, body count is zero. The clear thing right now, body count is zero, sufuri,” Lydia added.
Lydia is currently at the coast, sharing her new look while enjoying some bikini pictures. She seems to be embracing her transformation and taking the time to enjoy the results of her surgeries.
Her posts show confidence and a playful approach to her new body, highlighting the changes she has achieved through BBL and liposuction.
She has also said that she does not want unnecessary attention or questions about her past relationships, choosing instead to celebrate her new body and her personal fresh start.
