She said many people may appear close when life is easy, but that changes during struggles. According to her, challenges help separate genuine people from those who are not. She added that not everyone can stand with you in hard times.
“Usipopita kwenye hali ngumu hautajua anayekupenda kweli na asiyekupenda kweli ni yupi?” Esma Platnumz said.
Lessons from difficult moments
She explained that God allows people to go through tough situations for a reason. She said these moments are meant to help individuals understand who truly belongs in their lives. According to her, such experiences act as a way of filtering relationships.
“Mungu huwa anaruhusu hizo nyakati ili kukusaidia kuchuja watu sahihi na watu genuine,” Esma Platnumz said.

“Fikiria sio kila mtu anaweza simama na wewe ktk shida zako tafuta rafiki sahihi,” Esma Platnumz said.
Esma also encouraged people to pray for good friends who guide them in the right direction. She said having someone who reminds you of positive values is important. She explained that such friendships help people stay focused and grounded.
“Omba Mungu akupe rafiki ambaye umeamka akwambie leo twende tukaswali anakukumbusha mambo mema ya kumtii na kukukumbusha yale yenye mema,” Esma Platnumz said.
