Popular city businesswoman Damaris Muriithi, popularly known as Dama Wa Mobile, has left her fans thrilled after stepping out in an elegant attire for her first public appearance since welcoming Baby Talia in September 2025.

Dama was attending the launch of a new company by a close friend, and in a video shared on TikTok on Saturday, December 6, 2025, she is seen delivering a heartfelt speech to the attendees.

During her address, Dama expressed her excitement at being at the event and feeling at home in the presence of familiar faces, particularly because she hails from Kirinyaga.

“Today, I am very grateful to be part of this event, guided by our bishop, Bishop Ben Kiengei, and joined by our pastors from ACK as well as our honoured guests. Good evening, everyone. I am so happy to be here. I am from Kirinyaga, so being here feels like home,” Dama said.

She highlighted the encouragement she felt seeing the event proceed smoothly without anyone being pressured to communicate in perfect English, noting that even the Chairman had made his address in neat Swahili.

“I am excited because today I have felt encouraged, especially seeing that our chairman spoke without stressing himself in English. He communicated naturally, and for those of us who are not very fluent, this is very encouraging. It shows that communication is what matters, not the language. Even when visitors from China come, they do not insist on speaking Kiswahili,” Dama said.

The Dama Mobile Spares CEO also shared that her decision to attend the event was deeply personal, mentioning that even during the time she welcomed Baby Talia, the company owner had been among the first to visit her.

She explained that this gesture motivated her to make the effort to attend and be present among friends, family, and well-wishers.

“I committed myself to attend this event, and this is my first public appearance since welcoming Baby Talia. You all know now that I am Mama T. I made the effort to come because even when I welcomed Baby T, the owner of this company was among the first to visit me,” Dama said.
