Stoopid Boy honoured with mural by TikTok star Elvis Mushilaa

Rapper Stoopid Boy has been honoured with a mural by popular TikTok content creator Elvis Mushilaa following his death.
Mushilaa shared images and footage of the mural on TikTok on Sunday, August 30, 2026, alongside a message remembering the late entertainer.
The mural features Stoopid Boy as a tribute to his life and the impact he had on his fans and followers.
Tribute through art
Mushilaa said the artwork was meant to keep Stoopid Boy’s memory alive while also opening conversations around mental health.
“Rest in peace, Stoopid Boy,” Mushilaa wrote in the post.
He followed the tribute with a message encouraging people experiencing emotional struggles to seek help rather than keeping their pain to themselves.

“Let’s not die of depression. Let’s speak. Let’s heal. Let’s live,” he wrote.
The TikTok star also reminded his followers that experiencing pain does not make someone weak and encouraged those struggling to speak to someone they trust.
“Your pain is valid. Your voice matters. Asking for help is not weakness. Don’t suffer in silence,” Mushilaa added.
Stoopid Boy’s Struggles
The rapper had become widely known after his memorable contribution to “G Baga Jat”, a song that helped propel him into the spotlight during the rise of Kenya’s Arbantone movement.

Stoopid Boy had previously spoken publicly about his struggles with alcohol and drugs.
In 2025, he sought help through media personality Oga Obinna’s platform and entered a rehabilitation programme supported by Obinna, Dr Castro, King Pheezle and other well-wishers.
He later spoke about the difficulties he faced after leaving rehabilitation and his efforts to rebuild his life.
The rapper also experienced a difficult period in his personal life, including the breakdown of his relationship with the mother of his children.
In March 2026, he made a public suicide threat following a domestic dispute, prompting Oga Obinna to appeal for intervention.
