Salasya showers Pastor Dorcas Rigathi with praise after receiving prayers

Mumias East Member of Parliament (MP) Peter Salasya has praised Pastor Dorcas Rigathi after she prayed for him.

In a message shared after the prayers on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, Salasya spoke about the importance of receiving prayers from God’s servants and expressed gratitude to Pastor Dorcas for what he described as her care and support in faith.

Salasya said he always finds strength and peace whenever he receives prayers from people he believes God has appointed. He explained that such moments renew his heart and strengthen his spirit.

“There is divine authority released when God’s anointed servants lay hands and pray in the name of Jesus. Every time I surrender myself before the men and women God has appointed, my heart is refreshed, my spirit is strengthened, and I experience His peace that surpasses all understanding,” Salasya said.

“May the oil upon your life never run dry. May God continue to increase your wisdom, grace, and strength, and use you as a vessel of honour for His glory, bringing healing, restoration, and salvation to countless lives,” Salasya said.

The MP concluded his message by praying that her work in the Lord would continue to bear fruit. He also expressed hope that future generations would remember her for her service and ended by giving glory to God.

“May your labour in the Lord never be in vain, and may generations rise to call you blessed. To God alone be all the glory,” Salasya said.
