Oga Obinna says he is being targeted with sacrifice claims after other accusations failed

Oga Obinna has addressed claims linking him to the death of Stoopid Boy, as well as accusations that he was involved in sacrifice.
Speaking on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, he said some people were blaming him for the death while also trying to link him to claims about agreements with the devil. Obinna dismissed the accusations, saying they were part of efforts to damage his reputation.
He said he has been accused of different things before, but claimed that the latest claims were now focused on sacrifice. Obinna also denied having any agreements with the devil.
Obinna said he has hosted many people, including some who had mental health issues, and some later recuperated. He explained that four people he had hosted later lost their lives, but insisted that their deaths were not caused by his show.
He said there was an agenda being shaped around the situation.
“But the four that I have hosted and lost their lives, they didn’t lose their lives from the show. There is an agenda that is being shaped,” Oga Obinna said on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
Obinna addresses sacrifice claims
Obinna said he believes the claims are being used as part of efforts to destroy his reputation. He referred to previous attempts to link him to other issues, saying those efforts had not worked. He claimed that sacrifice was now being used as another way to tie him to wrongdoing.
“They look at me like huyu tulijaribu kum tie kwa wash wash imekataa, tumejaribu kum tie kwa wamama imekataa, tumejaribu kumtie kwa govt projects imekataa,” Oga Obinna said.
The media personality then said the focus had now shifted to claims about sacrifice. He suggested that people were trying to create a link between him and the deaths of people he had hosted. Obinna maintained that the deaths did not happen because of his show.
“Saa hii wacha tum tie kwa ku sacrifice,” Oga Obinna said.
Obinna also addressed claims that he had agreements with the devil. He said he had come across such claims on Facebook and appeared surprised by the things being said about him.
“Walisema eti nlifanya…hii kitu ya kuwa na agreements na shetani …eti nisioe …I usually see them on Facebook, and I am like…yoh…,” Oga Obinna said.
Obinna also spoke about his approach to the people he hosts, saying he tries to give them purpose. He explained that he cannot force someone to see purpose and that adults have to make their own decisions. He said people must also deal with the consequences of those decisions.
