Nurse Judy explains why she could never date a nonchalant man

Nurse Judy has shared why she believes she could never date a nonchalant man.
In an Instagram statement on Saturday, July 11, 2026, she explained the qualities she values in a relationship and said her experience with her spouse changed how she looks at love. She said the standard was set so high that she found it difficult to date other people before they got together.
Nurse Judy said she wants a man who is present in every part of her life. She explained that support is not only about money but also about emotional, physical and mental care. According to her, those qualities matter just as much as financial support.
“This is exactly why I could never date a nonchalant man,” Nurse Judy said.

She went on to describe the kind of partner she wants. She explained that she needs someone always ready to help and solve problems instead of leaving her to figure everything out on her own.
“I need a man who’s supportive in every aspect, emotionally, physically, financially, and mentally,” she said.

Nurse Judy also said she admires a man who is both street smart and academically smart. She explained that she prefers someone who takes action instead of simply asking questions without offering solutions.

“A man who’s always on top of things. A man who’s street smart and academically smart. A man who doesn’t just ask, ‘Sasa utadu?’ but actually helps me figure it out,” she said.
She also spoke about how she likes to be treated in a relationship. Nurse Judy explained that she enjoys being cared for and only steps into full responsibility when she is focused on making money.
“A man who knows how to baby me because, truth be told… I’m just a baby. The only time I willingly put on my big girlie pants is when it’s time to secure the bag,” she said.
Looking back, Nurse Judy said dating was not easy for her between 2022 and 2024. She explained that after experiencing the kind of love she has with her spouse, it became difficult to settle for anything less.
“And honestly… that’s exactly why I couldn’t survive the dating streets between 2022 and 2024,” she said.
