Ninah of Wapendwa Muziki has reflected on her journey and success after landing safely in the United Kingdom ahead of her first-ever performance in Bristol.

In a Facebook post on Thursday, June 11, 2026, she expressed disbelief and excitement upon arrival, saying the moment still feels like a dream as she settles in for the upcoming worship and praise event scheduled for Saturday, June 13.

She also confirmed that fans can look forward to a special time of worship during the event hosted at Powerhouse Church, Bristol.

“Landed safely in the UNITED KINGDOM. 🇬🇧 This still feels like a dream. Aki landed safely in the UK and can’t wait to see you on Saturday, the 13th, for a time of worship,” she shared.

Ninah further announced that she has safely arrived in the UK and is looking forward to meeting supporters at the event, encouraging attendees to secure tickets by scanning the QR code shared in her video.

Earlier, before her departure from Kenya, Ninah shared an emotional farewell message reflecting on the journey ahead. She described the trip as a major milestone, signalling a temporary goodbye to Kenya as she travelled to the United Kingdom for the ministry engagement.

“FINALLY IT’S TIME. 😍To everyone remaining, please take care of our country and continent. 🙈 We’ll be back before you know it,” she wrote.

She expressed gratitude for the opportunity, urged those remaining behind to take care of the country and continent, and assured supporters that they would return soon after the trip. She also thanked Powerhouse Church Bristol for hosting them during their stay.

“For now, it’s bye-bye, Kenya, and hello, UNITED KINGDOM @powerhousechurchbristol. Thank you for having us. For the few days we’ll be there,” she added.

Message to trolls

Elsewhere, Ninah opened up about the harsh trolling she endured over her body size and the scepticism she faced about her ability to carry a child.

Speaking in an interview on Friday night, February 6, 2026, she revealed the emotional toll of online criticism and how faith and patience helped her overcome it.

“They said I was too skinny, that my body couldn’t carry a child,” Ninah recalled. “I went through the worst trolls. People questioned whether I would ever have a baby. Every comment felt like a test, but God’s promises kept me going,” she wrote.

Ninah described how trolls would openly question her relationship and the couple’s hopes of starting a family. Despite the negative online attention, she remained determined, focusing on her marriage and her faith.

“Even when people insulted me, I told myself God’s word is final. I held onto hope and prayed. One day, I would hold our child, and nothing they said would matter,” she added.

Her husband, Mesh, shared how he supported her through the difficult period, emphasising the importance of protection and encouragement.

“Seeing her go through those comments was painful. But we reminded each other of our journey and stayed strong together. God really used her patience to elevate us,” he said.

The couple now celebrates the arrival of their firstborn, who was welcomed on Monday, January 5, 2026.
