Manzi Wa Mombasa appeals to Mosiria to take her to rehab after skipping church to drink

TikToker Manzi wa Mombasa has appealed to Nairobi County Chief Officer for Customer Engagement Geoffrey Mosiria to help take her to rehabilitation after she admitted that she skipped church to drink alcohol.
Speaking in a TikTok video on Thursday, August 27, 2026, Manzi wa Mombasa said she had gone out to have a drink before heading to church, while proudly showing her followers the outfit she had chosen for the day.
“Hi guys, I have come to drink a bit so I can go to church,” she said.
She then drew attention to her outfit before revealing the drink she had chosen, appearing excited as she spoke to her followers.
“You see my outfit. Yes, and I am drinking black keg,” she said.
However, the plan to have a drink before attending church did not go as she had intended, as she revealed that the church service she had planned to attend had already ended.
“But the church is also done,” she said.
Manzi wa Mombasa then disclosed the church she had intended to attend, saying she had planned to go to Kanyari’s Church.
“I was attending Kanyaris Church,” she said.
It was at this point that she made a direct appeal to Mosiria, asking the Nairobi County official to help her get into rehabilitation.
“And I am appealing to Mosiria to take me to rehab,” she said.
She went on to express her frustration with her situation, saying she was tired even as she explained that she had initially intended to attend church.
“I am tired because I was going to church,” she said.
Despite having missed the service, Manzi wa Mombasa continued to focus on her appearance, once again praising the outfit she had worn.
“The outfit is so fly,” she said.
She concluded the video by expressing her happiness.
“I am so happy,” she said.
Appeal to Kanyari
Elsewhere, the TikToker sent an emotional appeal to Salvation Healing Ministry founder Pastor Victor Kanyari after suffering a nasty facial injury following her earlier decision to quit church and pursue what she described as a worldly life.
Speaking in a TikTok video shared on Saturday, August 1, 2026, Manzi Wa Mombasa showed off the black eye she had sustained as she reflected on the difficult lessons she had learnt from her experiences outside the church.
The TikToker said her recent experience had made her believe in the proverb that those who fail to learn from their mothers are often forced to learn from the world the hard way.
“Hello, guys. As you can see, I have a black eye. I now believe the proverb that those who do not learn from their mothers are taught by the world the hard way,” she said.
She also acknowledged that people who refuse to listen to advice often have to face the consequences of their decisions.
“Those who do not listen always have consequences to bear,” she added.
Manzi Wa Mombasa then announced that she was officially ready to return to church, saying her experiences had taught her that life outside the church was not as easy as she had imagined.
She appealed to Pastor Kanyari to accept her back, suggesting that she was now ready to turn away from her previous lifestyle and seek refuge in the church once again.
The TikToker also expressed frustration over the injury, saying the black eye had left her feeling unattractive and unhappy with her appearance.
“So, guys, I am officially going back to church. From what I have learnt, life outside is not easy. Now I look very bad and ugly because of this black eye,” she said.
