Forex trader and social media personality Kenyan Prince has shared the one thing he believes his future wife should never leave to a house manager, saying he would not eat food prepared by a house manager if he is married.

He made the remarks while discussing the qualities he considers important in a wife.

During the conversation with Oga Obinna on Monday, July 27, 2026, Kenyan Prince said there are certain things he looks at before choosing a life partner. He used cooking as one of the examples, arguing that it should remain the responsibility of his wife even if they have domestic help.

“Kuna factors you should consider when you are getting a reasonable wife. Sasa tuseme amezaa leo, so watoto watalala njaa juu makucha ni refu? Siwezi kula chakula ya house manager kama niko na bibi,” Kenyan Prince said.

His comments prompted a response from his partner, who said she enjoys cooking. She also mentioned one of the meals she likes preparing, saying cooking is something she does willingly.

“I love cooking actually. Anapenda chapati. Unaskianga the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. I love cooking pia,” his interview partner said.

His views on marriage

Kenyan Prince continued explaining his position, saying ordering food is not something he does. He maintained that he prefers home-cooked meals and believes cooking should be part of married life.

“Kwangu hatuwezi order food. Hata hizo apps za food mimi sina,” Kenyan Prince said.

He went on to explain that he believes a wife should cook for her family. According to him, this is an important role in marriage and one that should not be left to a house manager.

“Let me tell you something. You see these women, the way you train them is what they become. Kwani akipika atakufa? Hata from the Bible, women should cook. Read the bible and understand. She should cook. Nikiomba mungu niliambia mungu si unanijua vizuri? House manager anakuja kufanya nini kila siku?” Kenyan Prince said.

His remarks outlined his personal expectations for marriage and the role he believes his future wife should play in the home. He repeatedly said that cooking is something he expects his wife to do rather than assigning the responsibility to a house manager, adding that this is the kind of marriage he hopes to have.
