Jaymoh Decin reflects on journey after successful Sudhe Experience

Kenyan comedian and content creator Jaymoh Decin has reflected on the journey behind his first live comedy show, Sudhe Experience, thanking fans, family and the team that helped turn the project into a reality.
Jaymoh shared the message on his Instagram page on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, a few days after staging the show at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) in Nairobi.
The comedian said seeing people who had followed his work online buy tickets and attend the show was an emotional moment for him.
Jaymoh Decin thanks fans
Jaymoh said taking his online comedy to a live audience came with several challenges, including long nights, sacrifices and moments when he considered giving up. He said the support from his fans helped him push through the difficult moments and eventually get the show on stage.
“To see people who have supported me online actually buy tickets, show up, and stand with me in the room was nothing short of a blessing. I am forever grateful,” he wrote.
The comedian also thanked influencers, celebrities, friends and family members who helped promote the show before it eventually stood on its own. He acknowledged that the journey was not easy, saying there were times when the pressure and uncertainty made giving up seem like the easier option.

“I’m emotional writing this because it was not easy. There were so many challenges, sacrifices, sleepless nights, doubts, and moments when giving up seemed easier. But we kept going. And today, I can proudly say we did it,” he said.
Behind the Sudhe Experience
The first Sudhe Experience was held at KICC on Saturday, September 12, 2026, marking Jaymoh’s move from performing mainly through online skits to a live comedy stage.
The show brought together comedians, musicians, content creators and other entertainers, giving Jaymoh an opportunity to perform his comedy in front of a paying audience.
Known for his online skits and characters such as Choke Jingli, Jaymoh has built an audience through his digital content and impersonations. The live show required a different level of preparation, with Jaymoh revealing that the cast spent long hours rehearsing and preparing for the performance.
“To the entire Sudhe Experience cast, you know what we went through – from rehearsals, long days, pressure, and preparation to finally stepping onto that stage. You gave it everything,” he wrote.
Jaymoh thanks his team and parents
Jaymoh also recognised the people who worked behind the scenes, including his manager, director, drivers, cooks and other members of his team. He said their commitment played an important role in bringing the show together and encouraged them to continue with the work.

The comedian also reserved a special message for his parents, crediting their prayers for helping him through the difficult moments.
“To my parents, thank you for your prayers. Your prayers truly carried your son. What looked impossible became possible, and I will never stop thanking God for that,” he said.
Sudhe Experience Season 2
As he celebrated the success of the first show, Jaymoh hinted that he is already thinking about the next chapter.
He ended his message by thanking everyone who bought a ticket, attended, shared the show, prayed for him, or simply wished him well. “This is not the end. This is just the beginning of greatness,” he wrote.
Jaymoh then gave his followers something to look forward to by announcing: “Sudhe Experience Season 2… LOADING.”
For the comedian, the first show marked a new step in his journey from digital comedy to live performance, with the next edition already on his mind.
