Corazon Kwamboka explains why she’s sticking to 5,000-step morning walks
Fitness enthusiast and influencer Corazon Kwamboka has shared a glimpse into her fitness routine, admitting that she has made peace with skipping intense indoor workouts in favour of something more gentle and manageable.
In a statement shared via her Instagram stories on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, Corazon explained that she has shifted her focus to simple daily movement instead of forcing herself into workouts she does not enjoy.
“I made peace with the fact that I can’t stand any indoor cardio/any cardio. But since I need at least 5000 steps a day, I back to a morning relaxing neighbourhood walk,” Corazon Kwamboka stated.

The mother of two has built a reputation online for her dedication to fitness. Over the years, Corazon has been candid about the emotional boost she gets from exercise. To her, the gym is not just about sculpting abs or lifting heavier weights. It is where she clears her mind, releases stress and resets after long days.
Still, even with years of discipline under her belt, she recently admitted she does not always see the results others might notice.
Like many people who train regularly, she says it is easy to overlook the small improvements that come with time and consistency.
Knee injury
Recently, the influencer has also had to slow down after suffering a knee injury, a development that clearly frustrated her. After finally seeing a doctor about the issue, Corazon admitted the situation forced her to rethink how she approaches training.

Rather than pushing her body for appearance or ego, she says she now wants to focus on exercises that support long-term health. Longevity, she noted, matters more than chasing aesthetics or trying to prove something in the gym.
