Bolo Bespoke’s wife Mueni urges Kenyans to let iShowSpeed meet her husband

Mueni, the wife of popular Kenyan tailor Bolo Bespoke, has called on Kenyans to ensure that American streamer Darren Jason Watkins Jr, popularly known as iShowSpeed, meets her husband during his upcoming visit to Kenya.

Speaking in a TikTok video on Thursday, January 8, 2026, Mueni noted that while everyone is making elaborate plans to show iShowSpeed the 7 Wonders of Kenya, little attention has been given to her husband, whom she described as a local wonder in his own right.

“Let me give you some gossip. Guys, listen to me. So now I have seen everyone talking about iShowSpeed, and I hear you all are planning on the 7 Wonders of Kenya you will show him. Yet I have not heard you all talking about my husband, the tailor,” Mueni said.

She emphasised that Bolo Bespoke’s contributions as a tailor and his creative work deserve recognition alongside the planned activities for the streamer.

Mueni explained that she has given the matter serious thought and urged those organising meet-and-greet sessions with iShowSpeed to include her husband, stressing that it would be both fair and meaningful.

She highlighted that her husband’s talent and influence in the creative industry make him a deserving figure for interaction with the globally renowned content creator.

“I wonder if you guys do not realise that this tailor here, my husband, is also a wonder of Kenya. Do you not understand? So I want, when plans are being made for content creators to meet Speed, to make sure you bring the streamer here to meet him. And I have really thought about this,” Mueni said.

Key tour

The American streamer officially kicked off his African tour in Angola on December 29, 2025, where he spent several days engaging with fans and immersing himself in local culture.

From Angola, he proceeded to South Africa, where he was similarly welcomed with an outpouring of love, excitement, and strong fan presence.

His third stop took him to Mozambique, where he arrived on Saturday, January 3, 2026.

In the country’s capital and along the coast, Speed was met by thousands of fans who accompanied him through the streets as he interacted with them live on stream, turning his visit into a moving street spectacle.

During his stay, he openly expressed admiration for Mozambique’s scenery, took part in cultural activities, met traditional dancers and acrobats, and joined them in performances that quickly went viral online.

After Mozambique, Speed made his way to Botswana, streaming live from the heart of the jungle and on safari, before arriving in Zimbabwe as his sixth destination, where he declared a one-day break before resuming his streaming schedule.
