Tanzania music rivals Alikiba and Diamond Platinumz are at it yet again this time for Youtube views.

In a social media post, Alikiba wowed his fans with a hilarious meme clapping back at Diamond for claiming he has been buying Youtube views for his latest hit song.

Alikiba on Instagram uploaded a Simple Boy meme saying; “Inauma lakini itabidi uzoee.” (It hurts, but you should get over it)

Prior to this, Diamond posted a video of fans jamming to his new song and captioned it to imply his song has real love unlike Alikiba’s which only have a lot of Youtube views.

“Real definition of a hit na wimbo pendwa….Ubaya wa vyakununua haupati vitu kama hivi.”

In case you missed it, over the last week, Alikiba released a new song ‘Jealous‘ on Friday, July 30, featuring Nigerian star Mayarkun which garnered over 1 million views in 12 hours.

It has since amassed over 3.2 million views while Diamond’s ‘IYO‘ released on Thursday, July 29 has slightly over 3 million views on Youtube.

These battles often come up since the music industry is full of competition and every artist want to be the king of playtime.
