Vincent Mboya ecstatic after fulfilling promise he made to his mother

Canadian-based YouTuber Vincent Mboya is overjoyed after fulfilling a lifelong promise to his mother of buying her a piece of land.
Sharing the exciting news with his fans on Instagram on Thursday, July 10, 2025, Mboya said he had finally made his mother’s dream come true.
“I thank God; I have fulfilled my mother’s wish. She wanted land under her name. I told her to choose a place. She chose a place, then boom, I bought it for her!” He wrote, expressing gratitude and pride.

The controversial content creator, known for flaunting his lavish lifestyle, has, over the past few months, been sharing his financial success on his social media platforms.
Recently, Mboya grabbed headlines after asking his fans for help in increasing his M-Pesa wallet limit to Ksh2 million. At the time, he said his account had reached its maximum limit of Ksh500,000.
“My M-Pesa is full. Does someone know how I can add a limit on my number to, like, 2M? DM me, please!!” he posted.
In 2023, Safaricom raised the M-Pesa limit from Ksh300,000 to Ksh500,000. Mboya revealed that he had Ksh492,000 in his account and needed room to store more money.
Earlier this year, the digital influencer also revealed that he had spent a whopping Ksh742,000 to fix his teeth. In a TikTok video, he showed off his new dental look and disclosed that he paid 8,000 Canadian dollars for the procedure.
“I started fixing my teeth. I spent 8K Canadian dollars on this,” he wrote, once again sparking conversation about his flashy spending habits.
Mboya, who relocated to Canada in 2024, also admitted recently that he is starting to forget how to speak Swahili. In April, he posted a video on his Instagram stories explaining his absence from social media and made a heartfelt effort to speak in Swahili.
“I want to take one minute of your time to address where I have been. Let me address you in Swahili for every Kenyan to understand. I am so sorry my Swahili is bad; I have forgotten it completely,” he said.
Adding;
“Habari yenu Wakenya, nimeskia, you are looking for me. Nataka kuwaambia I’m doing okay, nimekuwa busy. I have not been online. I have tried. Anyway, I have been very busy, but I’m coming back very soon.”
