Shakib Cham Lutaaya has come out to dispel rumours of him cheating on his wife Zari Hassan.
In her lengthy statement shared via his official social media pages, Shakib made it clear that contrary to reports that he was cheating on his wife with multiple women, the said women he is accused of cheating with are his valued clients and supporters of the King Cham collection.
He explained that he has no romantic connection with them nor does he intend to engage in private relationships with them.
Shakib described the reports as fake and untrue emphasizing that his love and commitment lies with his wife Zari.
“Dear social media and fans, I would like to address a concerning issue regarding recent tabloid rumours that I’m having affairs outside my marriage. It has come to my attention that there have been fake stories circulating suggesting I’m cheating on my wife.
“I want to make things clear, some women are valued clients and supporters of King Cham collection. They are not romantically involved with me, nor do I have any intentions of engaging in private relationships with them or any other women for that matter. As a married man, my love and commitment lie with my wife,” he said.
Further, Shakib implored his fans and supporters to ignore the claims terming them baselessrumours and propaganda that would harm his marriage.
“I request everyone to please refrain from spreading these baseless rumours and propaganda, as they are not only untrue but also harmful to my marriage, personal and professional reputation. Let’s all show understanding and respect for each other.”
Zari and Shakib have been married for a year, having wedded in a grand ceremony held in Pretoria, South Africa on October 3, 2023.
The lavish wedding was attended by renowned celebrities and some of the Young Famous and African cast.
