Pritty Vishy says she’s still swollen a month after cosmetic surgeries

Digital content creator and influencer Purity Vishieno, widely known as Pritty Vishy, has continued to share her experience after undergoing cosmetic procedures, including a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), tummy tuck, and 360 liposuction.

Taking to her official Instagram account on Friday, August 15, 2025, the content creator shared a before-and-after surgery video revealing a massive body transformation.

Additionally, she said that she had marked one month since her surgery and was still swollen, describing herself as a 23-year-old doing everything possible to love herself.

“I have marked exactly one month since my surgery, and I’m still swollen. Just a 23-year-old girl doing everything possible to love herself,” she said.

Cosmetic procedure

While sharing her journey, the YouTuber documented every step, from leaving her home and checking into the hospital to her recovery process

“I have added a few kilos since I have been eating so recklessly. I know I have told you guys that I am going to have a BBL, and now you guys are like, huh? I am at the hospital right now and I feel nervous. I am here at 7 am, and the procedure was supposed to start at 5.30 am,” she said in the video uploaded on YouTube on Thursday, August 7, 2025.

“I am so ready. I am having mixed emotions, but I am going to be snatched,” she declared with a smile.

“When you see someone has gone for a BBL, don’t judge that person because of the pain! You cannot cry but… You can’t even laugh. There is pain everywhere. But anyway, this is how I am now,” she joked, hinting at the intense recovery process.

Ozempic

This comes just months after she embarked on a weight-loss journey that saw her shed an impressive 41 kilograms with the help of the diabetes drug Ozempic and regular gym sessions.

Before turning to surgery, Vishy had been open about her struggles with weight. She began with intense gym workouts, determined to lose weight naturally. However, after four months, the results were discouraging.

“Four months in the gym… I went to the weighing scale, I was 95 and now it has shot to 97 kgs. I gave up,” she confessed.

That frustration led her to try Ozempic, a drug originally designed for diabetes but used off-label for weight loss. She recalled being warned about possible side effects.

“I tried the gym, it beat me. I cannot lose weight. So I opted for Ozempic. I was injected, and I was told I would experience some side effects such as vomiting, diarrhoea, and a lack of appetite. Only one worked. I eat too much. When I was injected with Ozempic, I didn’t eat that much,” she explained.
