Pritty Vishy rubbishes claims she altered her body for men, breaks down Ksh1.5M bill
Kenyan digital content creator and social media personality Pritty Vishy has hit back at critics, suggesting she underwent cosmetic surgery to attract men.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, Vishy addressed the rumours, clarifying that her decision was entirely personal and motivated by her own goals rather than external validation. She emphasised that the journey had been long and demanding, requiring significant financial investment, physical endurance, and determination.

She went on to reveal that the procedures were far more costly than many people assumed.
According to her, the expenses ranged between Ksh1.2 million and Ksh1.5 million, covering multiple surgeries and post-operative care. The breakdown included a tummy tuck costing between Ksh350,000 and Ksh400,000, a Lipo 360 procedure priced at Ksh300,000 to Ksh350,000, and a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) for about Ksh500,000.
Additional costs included Ksh200,000 for lymphatic massages, Ksh50,000 for fajas and other essentials, plus various unquantified expenses for follow-up medical appointments.
Vishy also made it clear that she was not swayed by critics or societal expectations, insisting that not everyone makes life choices to please others. She described the process as one that had demanded sweat, blood, and tears.
“For those who are dming thinking that the whole procedure was 500k should just stop because the real amount is around 1.2 to 1.5 million,” she wrote.
Adding;
“Tummy tuck only is 350k to 400k. Lipo 360 is 300k to 350k. BBL is 500k. Add lymphatic massages 200k, fajas and other essentials 50k, and random doctors’ appointments for check-ups, which I can’t approximate.”
“So for those who are saying that I’m doing this because of people, oooooooh for the men y’all should think again… not everyone is like you. It has taken me sweat, blood and tears to be her,e and just know I’m getting started, so prepare other stories to tell,” she declared.

The remarks came just days after Vishy unveiled her body transformation, following the Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) and 360-degree liposuction. On Friday, August 8, 2025, she shared a short video showing her snatched figure, revealing she was still in recovery.
“Three weeks post BBL, tummy tuck and liposuction 360,” she told her fans in the clip.
Her transformation has been a gradual journey, which she has openly documented on her YouTube channel. In one of her recent vlogs, she revealed how nervous she felt before going under the knife.
“I have added a few kilos since I have been eating so recklessly. I know I have told you guys that I am going to have a BBL, and now you guys are like, huh? I am at the hospital right now, and I feel nervous. I am here at 7 am, and the procedure was supposed to start at 5.30 am,” she said.
