Digital content creator and influencer Purity Vishieno, widely known as Pritty Vishy has opened up about the amount of money she spent on Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), tummy tuck and 360 liposuction.

The bubbly content creator underwent cosmetic procedures to achieve a snatched body after embarking on an Ozempic weight loss journey.

Speaking during an interview with a local YouTuber, the energetic content creator disclosed that the amount she used was more than Ksh 500,000. She also added that initially, she had not planned to have BBL, but after examination, her doctor advised her to have it.

“The goal was kutoa mafuta peke yake, but then my doctor told me I have some dimples in the ass and that it should be fixed, and I agreed to it,” she said.

I will not say the amount, but approximately ukiwa na Ksh500k kupanda, you are good.

Cosmetic procedure

While sharing her journey, the YouTuber documented every step, from leaving her home and checking into the hospital to her recovery process

“I have added a few kilos since I have been eating so recklessly. I know I have told you guys that I am going to have a BBL, and now you guys are like, huh? I am at the hospital right now and I feel nervous. I am here at 7 am, and the procedure was supposed to start at 5.30 am,” she said in the video uploaded on YouTube on Thursday, August 7, 2025.

“I am so ready. I am having mixed emotions, but I am going to be snatched,” she declared with a smile.

“When you see someone has gone for a BBL, don’t judge that person because of the pain! You cannot cry but… You can’t even laugh. There is pain everywhere. But anyway, this is how I am now,” she joked, hinting at the intense recovery process.

Ozempic

This comes just months after she embarked on a weight-loss journey that saw her shed an impressive 41 kilograms with the help of the diabetes drug Ozempic and regular gym sessions.

Before turning to surgery, Vishy had been open about her struggles with weight. She began with intense gym workouts, determined to lose weight naturally. However, after four months, the results were discouraging.

“Four months in the gym… I went to the weighing scale, I was 95 and now it has shot to 97 kgs. I gave up,” she confessed.

That frustration led her to try Ozempic, a drug originally designed for diabetes but used off-label for weight loss. She recalled being warned about possible side effects.

“I tried the gym, it beat me. I cannot lose weight. So I opted for Ozempic. I was injected, and I was told I would experience some side effects such as vomiting, diarrhoea, and a lack of appetite. Only one worked. I eat too much. When I was injected with Ozempic, I didn’t eat that much,” she explained.
