Taking to her Instagram account, Phoina shared the exciting news with her fans, expressing her gratitude for the remarkable year 2023 has been for her both professionally and personally.

Mulamwah recently shared the progress of his mansion which is almost complete.
Other public figures like Khaligraph Jones, Otile Brown, Size 8, DJ Mo, and former ‘Maria’ actress Dorea Chege have also been sharing glimpses of their houses under construction.
In a past interview, Otile Brown highlighted the advantages of building a house from the ground up as opposed to purchasing an already constructed one.
“Honestly, buying a house is a different experience compared to building one. Building is something special,” the singer stated.
DJ Mo, much like Mulamwah, voiced his financial concerns regarding the construction of his mansion.
He expressed dismay at the significant financial investment already made, stating that he had already spent Ksh2 million, yet the construction was far from being finished.
