Nurse Judy silences troll claiming she is breadwinner in her marriage
Popular social media personality Nurse Judy has responded to a fan who claimed she is the breadwinner in her marriage.
The troll suggested that Judy, who lives and works in the US, was carrying the entire financial burden while her husband, back in Kenya, was busy entertaining their house help and even fathering a child with her.

The fan’s unsolicited advice read in part: “Imagine me ni madam niko na pesa, naishi America, I’m the breadwinner alafu your husband is busy kulaing ma mboch alafu kuzidisha they bring a baby together. JUDY, leave, I promise you it’s not worth it.”
Judy defends her marriage
In a fiery response as seen on Njambi’s Instagram stories on Friday, September 5, 2025, Nurse Judy firmly shut down the speculation. She made it clear that her husband is not financially dependent on her, but rather holds a senior position in a major company that comfortably caters to their family’s needs.
“Who told you I’m the breadwinner just coz I’m in America? Get your facts, little boy!! My husband’s company takes care of all our expenses, including the kids’ expensive schools. He is a very senior person in a big company. What we both choose to do with our lives is absolutely none of your business. Ok bye. Go get some love so you are not miserable on my posts,” Judy wrote.
Her clapback quickly gained attention, with many of her followers praising her for standing firm against online trolls while defending both her marriage and her husband’s reputation.
Addressing the cheating allegations
The exchange comes in the wake of ongoing rumours that Judy’s husband had fathered a child with their house manager. To set the record straight and stop the speculation, Judy took to Instagram with an explanation.
“Wambea. Karibisha kiti, shikilia kikombe. Mnajua mimi siwanyimagi chai! The plan was to drop this surprise in December during our family shoot… but Nairobi mko na kiherehere!! So here we are! Ladies & Gentlemen, meet Baby Eli. Step-daughter? Surrogate baby? God’s extra blessing? I’ll let you sip your tea slowly and keep guessing,” she wrote.
She concluded by emphasising that what matters most is love within her household. “What’s not up for debate is that love in the Pasha house only multiplies. Baby Eli is fully ours, fully loved, and fully family.”
With that, Judy effectively shut down critics, showing that while rumours may swirl, her family remains unbothered.
