Kenyan ladies go gaga as Stevo Simple Boy rocks beachwear in Diani
A section of ladies in Diani were unable to contain their excitement after encountering Kenya’s fast-rising rapper Stevo Simple Boy, who was vacationing while dressed in beach shorts and a singlet vest along the scenic shores on Saturday, September 27, 2025.
In a video the ‘Ndio Maanake’ hitmaker shared on his YouTube channel on the same day, the ladies could be seen pleading with him to make his way towards them and at least take photos with them.

Stevo initially appeared reluctant, as he was with his expectant wife and had just begun sipping madafu, when the ladies persistently called him, eventually forcing him to respond to their cries.
The video then shows the excitement rising as Stevo made poses while tucked between them, and they could be heard insisting that the photographer also take photos using their own handsets so that they could each have access to the memories.

Stevo was equally elated, and the video shows him holding the ladies from their shoulders as they posed while he encouraged them to enjoy the moment.
In another scene, a lady who had a leso tied around her waist confidently took hold of Stevo’s hand and walked him away from the group photo, demanding that she be photographed with him alone.
The photo session went on joyfully until the ladies requested that Stevo bring his wife into the photos as well.
His wife, Brenda, who was leisurely drinking madafu while strolling in the shallow waters, happily joined the group.
The ladies could be heard congratulating Stevo on his wife and the pregnancy milestone as the singer kept smiling with visible delight.
They could be heard throwing in remarks such as “mushkilla,” which are Stevo’s trademark words, while also posing for more photos with his wife at the centre.
Push gift
The Mombasa vacation, which is now almost in its second week, is part of a special push gift that Stevo presented to his wife as she prepares to welcome their child any time soon.
The internet couple travelled to Mombasa by plane, with Stevo constantly capturing the moments in photos and videos on his Instagram.
In one of the posts, he posed together with Brenda inside the cockpit of a plane and expressed his joy about how well their love life was unfolding, insisting that he believes he has found the love of his life.
“As it should be, I have found my partner,” Stevo captioned the photo.
