Businessman Kennedy Rapudo has showered his lover, socialite Amber Ray, with praise, admiring her ability to care for him.
On Monday, March 3, 2025, Rapudo shared a video on his Instagram Stories showcasing Amber Ray as she served him food. The businessman, clearly impressed, acknowledged the effort, saying that women from the Kamba community know how to take care of their husbands.
“Kambas are very good women. You see how they know how to take care of their husbands,” Rapudo expressed.
Amber Ray has recently been capturing attention on social media with her cooking videos. She frequently shares clips of herself preparing meals and serving Rapudo.

Recently, amidst an online spat with her former husband, Jimal Rohosafi, the socialite passionately defended Rapudo, expressing gratitude for the happiness he brings into her life. She emphasized how effortless love feels with him.

On Wednesday, February 5, 2025, Amber shared a heartwarming moment after receiving a romantic request from her fiancé. She posted a photo of a bouquet of red roses, elegantly tied with a ribbon that read, “Will you be my Valentine?“ Alongside the image, she expressed her appreciation for Rapudo’s unwavering efforts to pursue her.
“My love, you still find ways to make my heart melt, just like the very first time. The way you love me, cherish me, and never stop choosing me…it means everything.
“And then you ask me to be your Valentine again, with the most beautiful bouquet, just the way I love them… How did I get so lucky? I’d say yes a million times over, today and always. Thank you for loving me the way you do. I love you endlessly,” she shared.
Failed marriages
A few weeks ago Amber Ray spoke about her two previous unsuccessful marriages. She disclosed that in both instances, she unknowingly became a second wife.
According to Amber, she had no clue that her spouses were already married when she got involved with them. She explained that she was misled and later unfairly labeled as a homewrecker, but rather than dwell on the past, she chose to treat the experience as a valuable lesson.
“Let me remind you of this: I’ve shared my truth openly. Yes, I was married twice as a second wife, but the truth is, I didn’t know they were married. I was lied to, used, and left to carry all the blame, blame I took as a lesson. I even shared my story on YouTube because I refuse to hide from my past,” Amber stated.
She went on to clarify that although she was blamed for the breakdown of those marriages, she was neither the first nor the last woman involved with her ex-husbands. She stressed that she has already faced the consequences of her past choices and has since moved on.
“And let’s be honest, I wasn’t their first or last ‘side chick.’ But I’ve already paid for my mistakes, owned my truth, and moved forward to live my best life unapologetically,” she added.
Amber Ray was previously married to Nyaribari Chache MP Zaheer Jhanda, but their marriage ended in 2018. She later got involved with businessman Jimal Rohosafi, who is well known in the Matatu industry, and the two tied the knot shortly after.
