Days after rapper King Kaka opened up about his deteriorating health condition, he has taken a moment to offer kind words and praises to everyone who stood with him and most especially his wife Nana Owiti.

King Kaka whose real name is Robert Ombima has paid an amazing tribute to Nana hailing praise to her for sticking by his side during the last three months of his sickness.

“Let me count my blessings. The last three months has been nothing short but terrifying, this lady here Nana Owiti has shown and proven what a wife and a best friend is,” he wrote.

King Kaka went on to say that he’s grateful to her for managing to balance taking care of him and working on TV at the same time and mostly for praying and encouraging him to carry on.

“From sleeping in hospital couch next to my bed then you wake up shower in the same hospital, go and smile on TV like everything is okay to fighting with nurses on why they are ‘slow’ (Big up to the Nurses who took care of me, ni vile Nana alikuwa anataka nipone haraka), to praying and encouraging me to eat, to sponge-bathing me when the temperatures were too high,” he wrote.

King Kaka says he has new meaning of ‘a partner in a relationship’ and wished her nothing but God’s blessings.

“I am currently walking on that road to recovery but I pray that God guides you and grants you all your hearts’ wishes & Desires.
Just leant the new meaning of the word ‘Partner’ in a relationship. Be blessed and Asante Nana,” he added.
