Fr Kinyua’s message to Triza Mamake Muraya after losing her Facebook account

Reverend Father Charles Kinyua from the Archdiocese of Nyeri has offered a heartfelt message to fast-rising social media influencer and musician Triza Mamake Muraya, urging her to seek guidance from God rather than turning to cyberspace for solutions regarding her marriage.
Addressing her recent challenges and online presence, Fr Kinyua, on Friday, March 2025, in a lengthy Facebook message, cautioned Triza that social media often complicates personal struggles rather than resolving them.
He urged her to seek guidance from God rather than turning to cyberspace for solutions regarding her marriage.
“Madam Triza, I want to talk to you about your marriage and your recent debut into cyberspace. I have been following your case, and I feel you have more enemies than friends, unfortunately,” he said.
“When marriage breaks down, the solution is never found in cyberspace. Cyberspace complicates what is already complicated. Marriage is a triad between husband, wife, and God.”

The vocal priest stressed that a strong and enduring marriage requires a spiritual foundation, highlighting the importance of surrounding oneself with positive influences.
“God serves as the ultimate guide and source of strength for the couple, providing wisdom, support, and purpose, not the groups listed above. For any restoration to happen in any relationship, you need to surround yourself with more builders than drainers,” he added.
Fr Kinyua further encouraged Triza to pray for herself, her husband, her children, and the restoration of her marriage.
He also suggested that she seek professional help in managing her social media presence to avoid further emotional strain.
“Pray for yourself, pray for your husband, pray for your children, and pray for the restoration of your marriage. About social media, get a professional manager to help you,” he advised.
Kinyua’s message to Muraya
In addition to Triza, the priest also penned a message to her husband, Karagu Muraya, urging him to approach his marital challenges with wisdom, patience, and discretion.

In his heartfelt message, he reminded Muraya that adding another relationship is never the solution to a struggling marriage. Instead, he encouraged him to focus on healing and seeking peaceful resolutions within his current relationship.
“I understand that recent events involving your marriage have caused a lot of turbulence. It is never easy to go through such personal challenges, but I want to offer a gentle reminder that when one marriage faces struggles, the solution is never to add another,” he added.
“Instead, focus on healing, understanding, and finding peaceful resolutions within the existing relationship.
Encouraging Muraya to handle his personal struggles privately, Fr Kinyua stressed that finding solutions away from the public eye would lead to more meaningful resolutions.
“I encourage you to seek solutions privately, away from the public eye. If your marriage is to be healed or your path forward decided, let that happen in a space of mutual respect and understanding, rather than through public confrontation.
Triza’s Facebook account
Taking to her Facebook account on March 28, 2025, Triza asked her fans to follow her newly opened account, claiming that she had lost the previous one to haters.
“Haters have stolen my account; kindly follow. This is my new official page,” she said.

Karangu and Triza
The couple has been married for over 13 years and has three kids together.
In February 2025, they were embroiled in a public marital dispute involving Karangu’s second wife, Carol Kim.
During a live TikTok session, Karangu expressed deep regret and pleaded with Triza to return to their matrimonial home for the sake of their family.
