‘We will never fight again’ – Karangu Muraya and Triza vow

Kigoco singer Karangu Muraya and Triza Mamake Muraya have found a middle ground to co-parent peacefully despite the end of their marriage.

In a statement on Facebook on Thursday, March 19, 2026, Karangu expressed his joy that they have found a way to ensure that their children experience parental love from both sides and assured the public that they will never fight again.

“This morning, I am so happy. We thank God for giving us wisdom to understand that kids should experience parental love despite the misunderstanding of their parents,” the philanthropist stated.

Muraya: No more fights

He asserted that despite their differences, they will protect the future of their children, assuring his followers that never again will they fight as was the case in the past when their private affairs spilt to the public.

“We have both made a decision of peaceful co-parenting of our kids together with their mother, Triza Mamake Muraya. Their future is more important than our differences. We will never fight again, but we will respect each other’s decision while still protecting our kids. We will do all we can to protect the future of the kids. We decided to put our differences aside and co-parent peacefully,” he added.

Triza gives her take

Earlier in the day, Triza had also given her version of co-parenting, confirming that they are peacefully raising their children after the end of their 13-year-old marriage.

“Good morning, things may have fallen apart, and the marriage may have failed, but I thank God this morning because, as per now, we are doing a peaceful co-parenting of our 3 kids with Karangu Muraya, the father of my children,” she wrote on Facebook.

She added that the future of their three children remains their priority and exuded confidence that they will succeed as parents.

“We may have failed as a couple, but we have made peace and agreed not to fail as parents to our 3 kids. The past is gone, we no longer dwell in it, we focus on our future and the future of our kids,” she added.

Both Triza and Karangu thanked Dama wa Spares for making their peaceful co-parenting possible, revealing the important role she played as a peacemaker when trouble struck the marriage.
