Media personality Andrew Kibe has once again stirred conversation online after claiming that married men are living boring and miserable lives, while single men are enjoying their freedom.

Speaking during one of his shows on YouTube on Monday night, July 28, 2025, Kibe shared his views on marriage, saying most married men are unhappy but afraid to admit it.

“As long as you are a single man, you are free,” Kibe said. “I am not advocating that you get out of your marriages. But many of you who are in marriages cannot stand my gut.”

He went on to suggest that married men, especially those working abroad with wives back at home, are happier simply because they do have have to deal with their wives daily. “Many of you who are working abroad are very happy because you do not have to deal with your wives,” he added.

Known for speaking his mind

Andrew Kibe has built a reputation for being outspoken. He talks about everything from relationships, gender roles, religion, politics, and modern-day culture. While his supporters say he is just being real, many others believe he often crosses the line.

This is not the first time Kibe has aimed at marriage. In several of his shows, he has questioned the idea of settling down and raising a family, claiming that modern relationships are no longer built on true partnership.

Women often disagree with him

Kibe’s views have, over time, attracted a lot of criticism — especially from women. Many feel that he is harsh and disrespectful in the way he talks about relationships and family. Others argue that while he may have some valid points, the way he delivers them is often too aggressive or one-sided.

Despite this, Kibe continues to grow his online audience. His content attracts thousands of views, and he remains one of the most talked-about personalities on social media.

The truth is, whether people agree with him or not, Andrew Kibe knows how to get people talking. His comments on marriage have once again left some nodding in agreement, while others strongly disagree.

One thing is clear — Andrew Kibe is not afraid to speak his mind, and he doesn’t plan on changing that any time soon.
