A Cabinet Administrative Secretary who has been lying to his two wives that he had abandoned the other, was reportedly forced to go on holiday alone at the Coast during the census in order to avoid being discovered.
The man is said to have developed cold feet after learning that census officials would enquire about his marital status and a lie could put him in trouble with the law.
